The Specimen History screen shows a permanent audit log of every event associated with a specimen. Each entry shows an event time, action, and user account performing the action. Multiple specimens with the same Specimen ID will each have a different history. tube.tracker® uses Specimen ID and Rack ID to uniquely identify a specimen.

Specimen history information is concidered permanent; available long after a specimen is discarded. History information is only purged upon request.
